All classes will include the 7-9" inflatable yoga/Pilates mini ball, 7' red resistance band. Both are available on Amazon.Foam roller is optional.

For students desiring customized body therapy Pilates sessions, I offer hour and half hour zoom sessions. 

Hour - $45 once per week $35 twice per week

ON-LINE VIDEOS

I offer several on-line video options for people who want to workout in the privacy of their home with a convenient time for their schedule. Videos expire 30 days after purchase.Access id via a ZOOM email link.
